He is responsible for managing strategy implementation, media relations, and creating original thought-leadership content for a range of clients. An experienced researcher and writer, Toby joined JPES having spent seven years in academia where he taught at a number of leading London universities and, as a PhD in medieval history, authored numerous academic papers and published his first monograph in 2023.
